Together rooms
Same sequence, same minute, different living rooms.
Join a scheduled room or open one for your friends. Everyone follows the same flow in sync while the AI coach corrects each person privately in their own ear. Nobody is called out in front of the group.
Sunrise flow
A gentle vinyasa to start the day. All levels, cameras optional.
Desk-back rescue
Twists, hip openers and one long forward fold for people who sat all day.
Moon Walkers
Slow yin with a coach hosting. Quiet room, no chat until the end.
Start your own
Pick a sequence, set a time, send the link. Two people is enough.
Preview. Together rooms are a planned feature. The screens are mockups, not live activity, and no numbers here count anything real.
Camera tile, or just a breathing dot
Show yourself to the room, or appear as a name and a pulse. Pose tracking works either way; only you see your corrections.
Rooms of two to twenty
A quiet pair session with a friend, or an open sunrise flow. Coaches can host bigger rooms as group classes.
The room stays open
After savasana the room becomes a chat. Set the next time, share how it went, or just leave a wave.
Friends
Find the people who practise when you do.
We suggest people by rhythm rather than by follower count: the same time of day, a similar level, poses you are both working on. Say hello, practise together once, and decide from there.
Invite friends from outside with a link. When they join, you are connected from the first session.

Circle
A coach you choose
Everything is off until you turn it on. Video is never an option, because none exists.
Shared progress
Show your friends how far you have come. Only your friends.
Shared streaks, mastered poses and badges appear in a small circle of people you chose. Cheers are counted in breaths. There is no leaderboard to climb, so nobody forces a pose to win one.
SHARED STREAK
A shared streak only breaks if you both miss a day. One of you always has a reason to roll out the mat.
GRACE DAYS
Two a month, no questions.
Flu, a late flight, a bad week. Two days a month are forgiven automatically, and the streak survives. You do not have to ask, and nobody is told.
Pause for up to three months and the streak is frozen rather than lost.
CHEERS, NOT LIKES
Counted in breaths.
When a friend does something worth marking, you send a breath. There is no running total on anyone’s profile, so there is nothing to farm and nothing to lose.
No follower counts exist anywhere in the app.
Circles
Small groups with a shared reason.
Circles are groups of up to fifty around a time of day, a goal or a coach. Each has its own rooms, chat and a monthly challenge nobody is ranked on.
Sunrise Warriors
Before 8am, wherever you are.
Moon Walkers
After 8pm. Slow, quiet, mostly yin.
First Headstand
Twelve weeks of prep, together.
Tight Hamstrings Club
Forward folds without shame.
A coach’s students
Everyone practising with the same teacher.
Your city
Online rooms, and a park meet-up when the weather allows.
Preview. Circles are a planned feature and none exist yet. The screens are mockups, not live activity, and no numbers here count anything real.
How we keep it kind.
-
01
No leaderboards, ever
Rankings push people to force poses, and forcing poses is how yoga injures people. Progress is shared, never ranked.
-
02
Friends only by default
Nothing you do is visible to strangers unless you turn it on. Rooms are private unless the host opens them.
-
03
Corrections stay private
In a room, the coach speaks only to you. Nobody else hears what you are working on.
-
04
Cheer, don’t compare
Reactions are breaths, not likes. There are no counts on profiles.
-
05
Leave any time
Mute a room, leave a circle, unfriend quietly. Nobody is notified.
