How it works
Three minutes to your first correction.
No wearables, no special mat. The phone you already own, propped against a water bottle, is enough.

Learn the shape
A short explanation of the pose, what it should feel like, and the one or two things people usually get wrong.

Prop up your phone
We walk you through distance, height and angle the first time. Most bad sessions are framing problems, so we fix framing first.

Hold, and listen
The camera tracks 33 points on your body and compares your joint angles to the reference. When something drifts, a calm voice says so.
Privacy, by construction
Your bedroom stays your bedroom.
Every frame is analysed on your phone and thrown away. What leaves the device is a handful of numbers: 33 body points, the angles between them, and your score. There is no video to leak because there is no video to store.
We compare angles rather than positions, so it does not matter how tall you are or how far away you stand. It matters how you hold the shape.
ON YOUR PHONE
Camera → 33 landmarks → joint angles → cue

The voice
It knows when to say nothing.
One cue at a time. Never off a single frame. Never twice in five seconds. If three things are off, you hear the one that keeps you safe, and the rest can wait.
Every phrase was written with a teacher, then rotated so it never sounds like a machine reading a list. After you finish, a short summary tells you what went well and what to watch next time.
Human coaches
When you want a person, book one.
The AI fills the days between classes. A teacher does what no model can: notice you. Coaches set their own rate, keep 80% of it, and arrive at the call already knowing where you are stuck.
yoginini · the “us” is the point
Alone on your mat. Never on your own.
Practise live with people in other cities, each on your own mat, each with your own coach in your ear. Make friends, share a streak, cheer a first headstand. No rankings, no comparison, just company.
Sunrise flow
A gentle vinyasa to start the day. All levels, cameras optional.
Desk-back rescue
Twists, hip openers and one long forward fold for people who sat all day.
Moon Walkers
Slow yin with a coach hosting. Quiet room, no chat until the end.
Start your own
Pick a sequence, set a time, send the link. Two people is enough.
Preview. Together rooms are a planned feature. The screens are mockups, not live activity, and no numbers here count anything real.
Streaks and badges
Consistency, kindly kept.
Daily streaks with two grace days a month, because flu should not reset a year of practice. No leaderboards, no red charts. Just quiet proof that you keep showing up.
- First Breath Complete your first session
- Seven Suns A 7-day streak
- Steady as Stone A 30-day streak
- Balance Keeper Tree pose, both sides, clean form
- The Long Exhale One session over 60 minutes
- Still Water 5 hours in restorative poses
- Quiet Mind 50 hours on the mat, all time
- Coach’s Pick Given by hand, by a real coach. The rarest one.
Pricing
Less than one class. Every day of the month.
Membership covers the AI coach and every published pose. Live sessions with a human are paid per hour, at whatever that human charges.
Full access, every pose, every cue. On day 14 it becomes the monthly plan unless you cancel, and we remind you two days before.
The AI coach, the core library, every coach’s published sequences, streaks and summaries.
For teachers
Teach the app your poses.
Hold a pose for the camera a few times. Set how strict each joint should be. Write the cues in your own words. Once reviewed, your students practise with your voice in their ear between sessions, and you walk into every live call already knowing where they struggle.
You set your rate and keep 80% of it. Repeat students with you cost you less, not more.
-
i
Record the pose
Three to five takes. We keep the median angle per joint and drop the outliers.
-
ii
Set the tolerances
Tight where it matters for safety, loose where bodies simply differ.
-
iii
Write the cues
Your words, in your voice. We draft, you edit.
-
iv
Review, then publish
A human checks every pose before a student sees it.
Things people ask.
Does anyone see my camera feed?
No. Video is processed on your phone and discarded frame by frame. Our servers receive joint angles and scores, never images. There is nothing to watch, even for us.
I’m a complete beginner. Will it just tell me I’m wrong all the time?
Every pose ships with beginner, intermediate and advanced tolerances, and over time the app scales to your own baseline. A tight hamstring is a starting point, not an error.
What happens after the $3 trial?
After 14 days it becomes the $15 monthly membership. We email you two days before, and cancelling takes one tap.
Are coaching sessions included in the membership?
No. Coaches set their own hourly rate, and you pay per session. Your membership gives you their published poses and sequences to practise between calls.
Can a teacher look at my progress?
If you want them to. You choose which sessions, poses or your full history to send a coach for review. They see the same angles and scores the app saw, never video, and can reply with notes or a sequence to work on. Sharing is off by default and you can revoke it any time.
Do I need special equipment?
A phone with a camera and somewhere to lean it. Landscape, about two metres away, roughly hip height. The app checks your framing before each session.
Which phones?
iPhone first, Android shortly after. Join the waitlist and tell us which you use.
Is Yoginini available yet?
Not yet. Nothing has shipped, no coaches are signed, and there is no app to download. The waitlist is the only thing that is real today.
